I have an adaptable and pragmatic approach to delivery having led teams in both startup and mature enterprise environments. I’ve led fully remote teams both onshore and offshore, with a focus on balancing fast-paced delivery with scalable and resilient architectural design. I am a passionate technologist and follow industry trends to leverage the latest innovations to meet business goals. I also give back to the tech community in various ways including as a speaker at community events as well as mainstream publications.
Experienced with a wide range of technologies with particular interest in performant front-end technologies, microservices, clean architecture, BI and data, CRM integrations and system reliability. Technology agnostic I have worked with various cloud platforms including AWS, GCP and IBM Cloud.

I’ve been successful in delivering both technically and politically challenging projects, and take pleasure from building, mentoring and coaching a diverse range of team members whilst establishing efficient systems and workflows.
